Monday & Wednesday - 9 am
Monday/Wed/Friday - 5.45 am
Combination free weights training & core strength!

GROUP EXERCISE SESSIONS

Fit boxing/Pump/Core Strength Session Monday to Thursday - 6.30 pm

This is a holistic program designed to support you in making changes guiding you to a long term healthy lifestyle.
We believe that education is the key element to maintaining long-term weight management and good health.  You will learn to make better food choices, learn about different food groups and also correct portion sizes.
The Ultra Lite programs address hormonal and blood sugar weight related issues.  We commence with the Ultra Lite 3 Week Detox Program and follow with the Ultra Lite 5 Week Weight and Health Management Program.
 
At Essential Body Personal Training you will attend two group personal training sessions per week with a certified personal trainer.  You will gain the knowledge and confidence to practice these exercises within your own home.
You also have the option to attend 10 free group exercises of fit boxing.
The 12 week challenge is fully supported with weekly consults to monitor your progress, encourage motivation, inspiration and give assistance.
